Our Story
A Maritime Partner Growing Together with Taiwan's Shipping Industry
Hong Yunn's maritime service system is based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan's major commercial port, and has served SOLAS and non-SOLAS vessels since 1965.
Hong Yunn began with paper nautical charts and publications, nautical publications and precision navigational instruments, accompanying Taiwan's shipping industry through fleet growth, updates to international regulations and advances in navigation technology. Over the years, we have continued to deepen our understanding of vessel schedules, port operations and actual onboard requirements.
As navigation information moved from paper to digital formats, our services gradually expanded to include UKHO electronic charts and publications, AVCS, AENP, ECDIS, and ship communication and navigation equipment, helping customers select suitable solutions for different vessel types and routes.
Today, from product confirmation, chart licensing and edition updates to equipment integration, local onboard delivery and worldwide port delivery, Hong Yunn provides continuous and traceable support so that essential navigation information and equipment arrive on time in line with vessel schedules.
